I wonder if this changes in shows as my top finisher always hits legendary ingame, but in shows it only hits mortal.

Hm... my 'crucifixion piledriver' and the 'choking backbreaker' both didn't hit Legendary... I don't get it...

It depends on DDR of your opponent, stamina of you and them, are they bleeding or injured? Just because a move has a base of 500 damage it could possibly only inflict 100.

When Weezy and I are fighting in invitationals, we always hit legendary with our finishers, but in shows it's just mortal.

As far as I know it is coded the same, maybe there is a slight difference. My earlier comment was aimed more at GD whom seemed to be looking in normal matches.

When Weezy and I are fighting in invitationals, we always hit legendary with our finishers, but in shows it's just mortal. If I fight PAR out of TWA, I hit him Legendary, too. I'm quiet sure about that. But it's not that important. Mortal is also very hard. =)

Maybe it is something like they reduce the damage of both wrestlers so the matches will last longer and possibly be better. Otherwise even with even matchups some fights would be over very fast. It's just a thought. As long as both wrestlers aren't hitting as high as usualy though its all still fair.

This could actually be it!

A good point. Plus this would make sense when you could previously base matches more on storyline rather than just matching stats like now.
